In Module 1 we learned about taking tests and getting ready for the NCLEX exam. During this module it helped my understand that there are many ways to get distracted and that there are different ways that I should be studying. This module helped me understand better that the questions on our exam will be centered towards application instead of what a certain thing does. This helped because it made me realize that I needed to switch the way I study and a great thing about this assignment was that I got new ways to study, for example not to have distracting people around me or to read the chapter before I go to class will help.

Module 2 was about nursing concepts and there are many different concepts within nursing to use in a hospital setting such as client education, client safety, nurse safety, leadership as well as professionalism. Many of these concepts I already knew about like safety and professionalism but there where some concepts like certain patient education that I wasn’t familiar with. This module helped me understand that there is more to being a nurse than someone who gives meds, it taught me that being there for a client was a very important role.
