This semester we have to join a group and write a paper using evidence based practice. I think this process is going to be tough at times but overall will be a good experience. I think finding a topic choice won’t be the worse bit but might be slightly difficult trying to find something that we all agree on as well as just trying to find something to write about in general. I believe that our communication plan won’t be hard as the group I am in we are close as we do all live together, keeping each other accountable for the tasks we have to do will be fine as well, we might be lenient and not want to upset each other but once something is getting out of hand, even though I don’t believe it will, well be there to remind the other that we need to keep on top of this project. I think working as a team is going to be helpful because we can bounce ideas off each other and we won’t have a full work load to do by ourselves, well be able to ask for help if we’re stuck on something or get the others opinion to make the project better. Doing this project and being able to work in teams will be useful for my future nursing practice because I’ll have to work as a team when I become a nurse as well, there are many collaborative projects and things that get done as a team when working as a nurse and if I can get that skill down now I’ll be even better when it comes to the real deal.
