This team project has taught me many different things, from what nursing research is to how to formulate and write a research paper and learning to collaborate with others on a paper. This research project wasn’t always easy, having to go back and find new information that in the end might change out topic question was sometime frustrating but in the long run it ended up helping use strengthen what we were talking about and make the paper that much better. As a new nurse and just being through this process I believe that bringing what I learned about evidence-based practice into nursing would be a good fresh aspect to a place, having a new pair of eyes for sometime isn’t always a bad thing and just coming off of this project and this class has taught me so much. There is always room to learn more but I would say that I have a good foundation of what evidence-based practice is and what teamwork should look like. Going through this process with my group was nice because we knew each other and worked well with one another and in some cases that may not be the case but I was glad that we were able to work together and help one another when needed.
