During the process of needing to choose a topic, find a PICOT question, and then also finding scholarly articles to go with both of those, we have needed to either tweak or revise our question. Throughout this journey there have been some bumps that we have encountered such as the articles not being as helpful or not exactly going along with out question, so we did need to find others that would work. The way that we have come to move through these challenges is that as a team we all help each other out, we can start out separately finding articles and then coming together to see if they will help our paper or not. Some successes that we have experienced would have to be working together, we work really well together and are able to have fun with this process but also are able to be serious and know when things need to get done. I think so far this has been a good process, my group has worked well together and if there has been a problem, we have brought it up in a helpful manner and worked through it not around it.
